We had the perfect stay at Guest House Vila Elezi. We were greeted by the friendly owners, who treated us to coffee, raki, and oranges from the garden. We chatted with a mixture of Albanian, English, Italian and Google translate. Our room had a fridge, a balcony with garden views, and a very comfortable bed. The shared kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. There are also laundry facilities. The guest house is in a fantastic location, only 10 minutes walk from the beach and away from the busy beach strip. There are plenty of markets around. The guest house is 50 minutes walk from Durrës bus station. Fantastic hosts, who were incredibly generous and kind, and fulfilled all of our requests and needs.

I fell in love with the view from my apartment! A panoramic view from the top of a hill where I could see the sea and the sunset. The hotel is brand new, entirely clean with a very comfortable bed and pillows for tired travelers. The location is perfect - its located in a quiet street and just a few steps from the main street. Because it is not directly on the main street, it is extremely quiet to sleep. The beach is only a minute or two away on foot. Breakfast is very fresh and tasty -its served in a very nice and cozy restaurant on the ground floor. The staff is very friendly, helpful and ready to answer to all questions and provide advices. I had a wonderful time in this hotel. If I have the opportunity to stay in Durres again, I will gladly return to this hotel.
