This property is by far the best place I have ever stayed in Placencia, and I have stayed in many places before! Phil and Meg have set up a beautiful, comfortable, private, clean and comfortable place right at the centre of Placencia village. We stayed at the larger flat, which was perfectly equipped, clean and modern. The beds were incredibly comfortable, careful detail is given to everything, including the sheets! They also provide a hub to plug in all your appliances to compensate from the electric issues related to unstable power. The property has a small pool, just the right size, to be honest. Phil was incredibly kind and helpful, and made us feel at home. I will definitely come back: I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Perfect location to walk into town. Supermarket and gorgeous bakery across the road. The beach is a stones throw away. Lovely veranda to sit on for breakfast in the morning and loungers. Well equipped modern kitchen and very comfortable beds. This was a lovely property, and I would highly recommend staying here

google maps did not show location accurately but we experienced a remarkable example of BELIZE PEOPLE. a young woman out of the goodness of her heart helped show us the location and she even helped us find a safe parking spot for our car. The lady who met us at the apartment wa svery friendly and helped show us all the important details.
