Tucked away on the back road but super close to all that we needed. Last minute, we requested an extra night’s stay and the staff were so accomodating and helpful in making this happen. Staff were fast to respond and made us feel incredibly welcome. We will be booking Atupa Suites on our next Rarotonga stay.

Nice host, nice location easy to get to everything, good wifi, nice clean refreshing plunge pool, lovely gardens with lots of gorgeous fruit and flowers. Loved the chickens and their babies! Vila was spotlessly clean. Breeze flowing through the meshed windows was lovely. Easy with a car to check out the whole island and all it has to offer. Excellent weather the whole time.

A wonderful, quiet small farm in south Matavera district with three bungalows, delightful hosts, an excellent breakfast every other day with everyone (lots of good talk), breakfast other days of hot island goodies in our own bungalow, except Saturday when the Pananga market in Avarua is suggested. Indeed, the experience is worth the short trip up by bus or car. Buses travel past the KIPS market nearby on the main road in both directions every hour of the day making transport easy without a car around the island. The hosts are Joe and Odette, both full of information, both very helpful any time asked. The bungalows are well equipped, excellent for self-catering, good beds, designed well with separate bedroom, living area and bathroom, good shower with adequate hot water. They provide a washing machine in the back of the main house. There is a market and a early morning bakery nearby. The location is just north of Muri Beach within a 20 minute walk along the back road. Muri Beach has good cafes, and juice places for smoothies and the like. Walk or drive to the Rarotonga Sailing club and walk north along the beach for good swimming and views. Catch your snorkelling though over at the Aro'a marine reserve halfway around the island where the coral and fish are very pretty; sometimes turtles we are told.

Located on the northern end of the magnificent Muri Beach in Rarotonga, Kura’s Kabanas enjoys a secluded beachfront location. Free private parking is available on site. The staff was so nice, they're really helpful. Our room was always clean everytime we get back, got fresh clean sheets and towels every 3 to 4 days. It's worth the stay and the money I spent on the room. So thank atupaka to the workers at Kura's Kabana.

Kia Orana Villas and Spa se nachází na tropickém pozemku v obci Atupa na ostrově Rarotonga. The property was based inland but still walking distance to the main township and other small stores and takeaway shops. The property is in an area which was private and quite perfect to relax and enjoy.

My host Raewyn was lovely and very helpful. Travelling on my own I had a lovely self contained unit with a nice bedroom and also a kitchen and unsuite. The beach was 30 metres away for swimming and kayaking. A great local bar The Shipwreck was a 5 minute walk away. A great location.
