Kids(2-4 years old) love the playground! Spa is excellent, time management is great, anything is smooth. the body and facial massage are high quality. Staff are nice! Well trained! Chef are talkative, familiar with the kids. They updated our flight schedule, we were so appreciated they told us our flight was cancelled, All the staff were helpful and arranged us a taxi immediately, we catch on the flight finally, but we did left some stuff in the hotel, and they sent back to us. They all professional! Thai food and bbq food are outstanding! Floating breakfast is fancy!

I travelled with my parents, and we all enjoyed it very much. The photos we took by the photographer there are amazing, highly recommended to use them to capture some unique moments.
