I'm not used to hyperboles, but this may pretty much be the best place I've ever been, quality-price ratio. The building is cool, the room is huge, spotless, full of natural light and with a lovely view. The bathroom is great. And the location, wow, couldn't ask for more, just on the main square, close to everything I need, including the riverside to walk or run and a great night market that personally prefer nth times more than the famous one on the other side of the river. The host is amazing, always ready to help, he does a free pick-up from the airport or tran station, and can sell u the treat tea his uncle makes. Definitely a place I'll be nostalgic about :)

Mekong At Home Homestay se nachází v Jinghongu a poskytuje ubytování s bezplatným Wi-Fi a klimatizací, sdílený lounge a terasu. It is a very nice guesthouse on the 19th floor overlooking the Mekong River and the other side of the city. The photos attached are from my room. Good value for money. The owner Christine speaks and writes in English. This is tough to find in China. She is very informative. She helped me with a good driver for sightseeing. Her place is clean and neat. It has a laundry machine, large fridge, lounge, dining table and kitchen for communal use. She does costume rentals. Her location is fantastic. Close to everything.

Xishuangbanna Elephant Home Guesthouse se nachází v Jinghongu a poskytuje zahradu, sdílený lounge, terasu a bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách. We had a really nice stay. The hosts were super friendly and kind. They offered much information and they were always keen to help and show us the way. We need to check out early on our last day in the city and catch the morning train, and the host kindly offered to take us to the train station for free. The room was spacious and quiet, and the hotel location is great. The hosts would also bring us different snacks everything, which was super kind.
