For me the location was great: outside of center Espargos means no noises at all, super quiet and relaxing neighbourhood. Minimarket was 5 min walking away, nice and cheap restaurant 3 min. I even walked to the airport which was around 40min. The bus station for the collectivos to Santa Maria (scooter rental) is 20min walking. The room and the house is superclean, modern, and the owner is really friendly, and nearly always available via booking or WhatsApp. He speaks Portugese, Englisch, spanish and french... He has mountain bikes for rent (just 7km to the Salinas), and in the near future also scooter. The room is big with a big bed and a comfy matrace. There is a table and chairs. Also there are enough plugs to charge your stuff. The bathroom looks / is new and has a shower with hot water. The WiFi works great. I loved staying here! Definitely recommend this place!

A clean, well-equipped apartment with all the facilities needed for a short stay in Espargos. It's located in a residential area in front of the school, so it's quiet at night. Since we walked from the airport, it was a perfect location for us (on the street into town). Blackout curtains help keep out the morning light. There's a kitchenette with enough utensils to cook a simple meal. An air conditioner worked well and came in handy during a sandstorm.

Branco Suites - Rooms & Holiday Apartments se nachází v dobré lokalitě v destinaci Santa Maria a poskytuje terasu, bezplatné Wi-Fi a výhled na město. I loved the location because it was a short walk from the main beach and the restaurants and shops. I loved the front desk reception people, they helped us book activities and were always finding ways to make our stay better! There is also a beautiful and delicious italian restaurant on the property as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I loved this apartment and with I could have stayed longer! The hosts are so friendly and helpful, arranging everything for me and even taking the time to walk me to the colectivo station so I could get a cheaper ride back to the airport than possible with a taxi. The apartment itself has everything you need and there is a great grocery store around the corner, plus countless good restaurants and coffee shops in east walking distance. You get all the benefit of Santa Maria’s amenities without feeling cloistered in a resort.

LAFAYETTE Alojamentos se může pochlubit výhledem na moře a nabízí ubytování s terasou a balkonem. Pedra Lume Salt Crater se nachází přibližně 5,4 km odtud. The host, Candide, is a wonderful and attentive woman. Multi-lingual and attentive. The house and rooms are immaculate, there is a pleasant upper story terrace, and the breakfast was terrific.

Mister Barracuda se nachází u pláže v destinaci Santa Maria. Pláž Praia de Santa Maria se nachází 40 metrů odtud a Parish of Our Lady of Sorrows 100 metrů. Location was brilliant, loved the local area, much better than the soulless hotel area! Margarite kept the place spotless and the transport for the airport - perfect. Suzanne was very helpful. Will definitely return!!

Loved the roof terrace, after a day on the beach, was amazing to have this space to watch the sunset and the views were stunning! Also very well equipped for self catering. Kitchen had everything we needed. The local security guards who patrol the streets at night, made us feel extra safe and even brought our swimwear inside the building one evening to keep them safe. Amazing, friendly guys!!

I can recomend to everybody. Swimming pool two steps, Beach and ocean four steps. Main street with hundreds of restaurants six steps ;-). Diving center and pier ten steps. Qiute good equpiped kitchen, comfortable bed, air-condition, nice terrace. A very helpful host, he provided advice on activities on site. On the last day we had a midnight flight. We could stay in the apartment without additional charges until the evening. What's more, he organized transport from the airport to the apartment (we arrived at midnight, the driver was waiting for us). Thank you for everything Stan (Stijn)
