Super comfortable beds, nice shower, and the smell of cleaning and fresh in all the linen and towels is amazing. The decor makes you feel at home, with a beach twist, of course. Loved everything. The host Nany, is also spectacular taking care of everything

Very well located, clean and all you’d expect for a nice stay is there. Peter is a great host, very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone spending holidays in Santa Maria!

Total experience was amazing. Starting from the warm welcoming untill booking a taxi to the airport the last day, Ricardo was super helpful and friendly. Appartment was easy to find and situated perfectly. Next to the beach, really close to the main street, neighbouring many cafes and restaurants. A good shop in a couple of minutes walk. You can find everything you need around, but still not too far from the city center or the Santa Maria Pier. Easy to catch a taxi if you need one. Kite lessons, renting gear for snorkling etc available downstairs. Appartment was super clean and had everything you need for a week stay, or even a longer one. Balcony view to the sea, two fans, mosquito net and warm water from the shower made it comfy. Would recommend and would definitely choose Pensao Alcinda Bettencourt again for my holiday 😊☀️

Absolutely amazing! The apartment is so beautiful, clean and well stocked! We stayed for 30 days and the apartment was absolutely brilliant. The pool and restaurant and SOOOO NICE!! The beach being so close is such an amazing feature too! PERFECT
