Helped with providing transportation from the airport. And later also assisted with planning and with the logistics of transport to and from the attraction sites. With his recommendation we did one day on the west side where we hired a car and it was fully worth it. For the other day we did the east side and hired a motor board. Both times we got a great deal and were taken good care. Lovely breakfast was served on the rooftop overlooking a gorgeous view of the river Nile. Later we had food from the restaurant which was also run by Ahmed. Food was tasty and inexpensive. Some of the veggies are grown in the restaurant itself. As the villa is a bit far away from the center of West Bank, Ahmed provided means to go around in a car free of charge. Mahmoud helped us with going around the village and was ready to help us at any moment. It’s also important to mention that there was another boy named Ahmed who was always around and helping the brothers. Had a very enjoyable and unforgettable experience. Would come back for sure if we get another chance.

West bank is much more calm and relaxed compared to east bank and property is perfect place for your trips to Valley of the kings and all other archeological sites. Manager Mohammed was extremsly helpful in giving tips what how and when to do. After whole day of exploring archaelogical sites the pool was a blessing. Byli jsme na tomto místě ubytováni 8 dní a opravdu jsme si to užili. Západní břeh je mnohem klidnější a uvolněnější než východní břeh a tato nemovitost je ideálním místem pro výlety do Údolí králů a ke všem ostatním archeologickým památkám. Manažer Mohammed byl nesmírně nápomocný a poskytl nám spoustu tipů, co, jak a kdy dělat. Po celodenním objevování archeologických nalezišť byl bazén skutečným požehnáním.

We really enjoyed our stay, everything is thought to make you feel at home, the staff is very friendly, the food is tasty and the location is great to explore West Valley or simply rest in the tranquility of the farm area. Great value for money. Also we arranged our tours with Mohamed and they were really tailor made to our needs with fair prices. Definitely we will return next time.

We only planned to stay here one day but we loved the area and the hospitality here so much that we ended up staying 3 days total. Helping this family as they helped us with very good care and professional service. Dinner was amazing and my birthday happened to be here so they threw me a birthday party! And gave me great tours Ibrahim waited for us at every spot, and Mohamed took us to see a sunset with the Bedouins and carpet, pillows and tea were provided for a small fee. Hospitality and customer service exceded our expectations and prices are fair and hard to beat. I rather give my money to help this families than the big hotel chains and have more authentic food and experiences.

The facilities are very clean, the apartments are the same than the pictures and Mahmoud is the perfect host! He is extremely helpful and responsive, he made sure everything was good with us from second 0 until the end of our stay. Also the food they cook is very fresh and tasty, we ordered breakfast every morning at the Palace, good thing about their service also is that you can tell them at what time you're gonna need to have your meal.
