The breakfast is ok for 9€, and it is being paid after each one, so you need not to pay it in advance, which is good if you want to eat somewhere else. And there are really a lot of fast food, supermarkets and cafes in the neighbourhood.

The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was well arranged. I truly appreciated the calm atmosphere and the overall quality of the place. An excellent experience that I highly recommend.
