They are exceptionally clean. The beds are comfortable. The host is amazing. He is always available for any questions and or help. He definitely rates a 10++++ . We could not ask any more of anyone for their sincere courtesy and help. The grounds are beautifully manicured. The parking area is in a secured compound a well. A great place to stay while visiting the area as well as relax.

Alberta was fabulous at meeting me and showing me to the accommodation, the apartment was neat, exceptionally clean, and well supplied. The location was perfect and had restaurants within walking distance.

He also is very eager to share his knowledge of local attractions. The facilities were exceptionally clean. He also has his own parking area that is easy to access. Breakfast included eggs from his own hen and cherries he picked that morning…it felt very special. We only stayed for one night due to time constraints, but wished we could stay longer (we’ve already made note of it as somewhere we’d like to return to if we ever return to Italy).

I travel a lot for work so don’t normally leave reviews but this place absolutely deserves a good review. Immaculately clean room, very friendly hosts, great food and a very nice feeling.

A very nice experience with the most amazing hosts you can find. The apartment is all new and is sparkling clean. Everything is new and the place very calm. Bed is super comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. Breakfast was fresh and plenty. Parking in front of the building. I cannot praise this place enough.

Excellent place for our 3 days, situated in the mountains above Pontremoli. Great view. Apartment had all we needed in terms of equipment, nicely styled. Good place if you want to do the Stretti di Garedo canyoning walk (tip!) and access Cinque Terra (via train station Pontremoli). We also liked the town of Pontremoli. Attractively priced incl breakfast. Friendly owners allowing us to do our washes using their equipment. Guests can use different terraces and gardens.
