Check in was an easy process with the on-site office. And Sanath who runs the 24 hour security of the building is just outstanding nothing was to much trouble for him, thank you Sanath. I would also like to say a special thank you to Jawfer the property manager and his team who we’re a pleasure to deal with, Jawfer went out of his way to give us so much information about the areas around Colombo. Featuring a garden and views of garden, Rai Villa Colombo is a recently renovated bed and breakfast located in Colombo, 19 km from R Premadasa Stadium. Housed in a building dating from 2022, this bed and breakfast is 19 km from Bambalapitiya Railway Station and 20 km from Khan Clock Tower. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. We arrived late in the evening and had to catch an early bus the following morning. They were up to greet us in the evening and provided an amazing Sri Lankan breakfast at 6am before our bus. The place itself was very clean and tidy, would highly recommend. Thank you.

A very helpful Landlady who was more than helpful and available. Twin Peaks is an excellant location, friendly and very secure. A great swimming pool, gym and play facilities for children as well as workspaces for my laptop. The location is great, a restaurant at teh entrance and acroos the road a supermarket and bakery for good coffee.

There is a private entrance at the homestay for the convenience of those who stay. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. An exceptionally clean and spacious room in a quiet and green area outside Colombo. The bed and pillows were lovely and comfortable, which made for a restful night. There was a fridge and small kitchen area in the room, with a kettle, cups, plates, and basic utensils. The room had a TV, fan, and air conditioner. The bathroom is modern, with a lovely hot and cold walk-in shower. Soap and shampoo were provided. There was a large lounge and dining area separate to the sleeping area, available for my use. There was also a lovely veranda / balcony off the bedroom, with a table and 2 chairs to sit on. Gayathri was friendly and welcoming, and we had a lovely discussion upon my arrival. Breakfast is provided, but I left too early in the morning to enjoy this lovely addition.

Angam Villas Colombo is set in Colombo and features a pool with a view and garden views. It is situated 9.2 km from R Premadasa Stadium and features a shared kitchen. The villa offers pool views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. A little difficult to find...it is behind a very plain facade, but once inside it was a modern and elegant oasis in the city. Very calming and comfortable lobby. Gamini,, the manager, was so hospitable. They will prepare (with notice) lunch and dinner and you can eat in your room or the dining room. Nice refreshing swimming pool...part of the reason I booked here. My ground floor room had a private walled garden with a bench...so romantic. The room was modern and spotless. They had the best towels, pillows, and blankets of my trip thus far. I hated to leave...but will be back
