The chilled vibe that Tommy has created is fabulous. The beds were comfortable, pedestal fans are provided and theres filtered water to refill your water bottles for a small fee and to help lessen the use of plastic. Beach is a 5 minute walk at the end of the lane which was my highlight!

Tony is an amazing guy. He's very kind, informative and talkative. The room and bathroom were clean, bed was comfy. It's a 40 mins walk to city centre and 20 mins walk to railway station but you get quiet environment. Totally worth value of money and I would love to stay there again!

The best accommodation we stayed at in Sri Lanka. Haran was really helpful with all matters and organised an amazing boat trip for us to visit a local fishing spot as well as a barbecue at a secret beach! One of the best day's we had here! Also you can really feel at home in the residence with some amazing breakfast and coffee! As well as cozy rooms! Would recommend 10/10!

Very clean, modern house and the family is very nice and super friendly. They made you feel welcome and helped with finding my way around Jaffna by letting me know bus times etc to go to Nainathive. Shared some puja food as well and it was a great experience. They also made sure that tea is available before I left even though it was super early morning. Thank you very much for your hospitality and would love to come back!

This property is super clean, it shines .!The proprietor is helpful and he allowed us to leave bags in our room when we we went on a trip to delft island, basically he gave us the rooms free for that extra night as he was quiet at the beginning of the season in Jaffna , he is a kind relaxed gentleman, he is not doing food at the moment but he provided a good kitchen with microwave , kettle and fully stocked with cutlery and crockery in his beautiful home apartment, the apartment had a huge terrace balcony for relaxing. This place is an oasis inJaffna and very peaceful. Great location short distance to centre

Absulutely recommended for Jaffna! The Building Is clearly new and It Is well kept, clean rooms, perfect bathrooms and clean beds! The little garden had even a couple of fruit trees like papaya or bananas. Everyone is extremily kind and welcoming. Even though some may speak little to no english, they still try to comunicate with the little world they know and a super kind smile. When we came back the first night from the dinner, we had a little chat with the night keeper, he was extremily nice. He even got us a papaya to eat in the morning. Soo kind! The place is super close to the centre, less than 5 mins by tuk tuk, which you can order yourself on the app Pickme or they will order it for you. If the speaking english guy is not present, he is always reachable by phone for any useful information, even to suggest some really nice restaurants. He would even come back anytime needed. Moreover, by mistake we forgor to pay, and the person responsible was so kind to come to the bus station instead of making us go back. Super nice and extremily helpful. Lastly, to have breakfast on top of the building is really nice. The terrace ha a nice view of the sourranding. Highly reccomend it to anyone visiting Jaffna!!

Great stay we really loved it so much the place was incredible. We were the only ones staying when we went so felt like we had a private house to ourselves. The place is massive with 3 kitchens and outdoor pool. Really nice pool and great to be able to cook our own meals. We really loved it and wish we had time to stay longer we only stayed 1 night but would have been easy to stay a few nights. Very secure was able to park inside the gated fence. Really safe neighbourhood and the caretaker was so kind he didn’t speak any English but google translate helped a lot. He was really friendly and nice.
