The location is perfect for climbing Lions Rock and Pirduangala Rock. Breakfast is delicious and is served looking out onto the beautiful garden. It is very peaceful. The family were very accommodating and helped us decide what activities we would do in Sigiriya. They also dropped us to Pirduangala rock for the sunrise hike! We had a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend.

I loved sleeping in a forest-like environment. I really missed it, and this treehouse was a lovely stay in that regard. The noise/sounds/music from the forest at night is the best. We really enjoyed everything: the treehouse, the view on the rock, the Loris tour at night, the breakfasts/lunches/dinners, and the simple but clean facilities, the safari... Make sure to discuss with the host about the different activities you can do around the rock (time, price, etc.). The host will help you out the best that he can, including dropping you at 5am at the bottom of the rock if necessary! Very kind family, business encouraged, I would come back there 100%.

The owner picked us up at the bus stop and welcomed us with a fresh drink. We were happy to stay at this villa. The room has everything you need, the ac, the fan and it was very clean. It is located a bit far from the center but we liked it even more, because it was super calm. The owner also dropped us at the temple entrance and picked us up from there on his tuktuk all at the price of pick me app. Then the other day he drove us to sigiriya and even packed us a breakfast to go (tip: put it in your backpack), showed us other places on the way back and then helped us arrange a jeep trip to the national park with the elephants. The breakfast and dinner we had there were delicious. The staff is extremely polite and friendly!

Pearl's Homestay Matale nabízí zahradu, terasu a pokojovou službu. Nákupní centrum Kandy City Center je 27 km odtud. I loved everything, especially the owners, Pearl and Ranjan. They treated us like their own children—they are truly wonderful people. The breakfast was delicious; Pearl is an amazing cook, and Ranjan joined us for a walk around the area. If we ever return to Matale, this will undoubtedly be our stop again. Thank you for everything. Kevin and Ana.

Sigiriya Paradise Treehouse poskytuje zahradu, terasu a bankomat. Sigiriya skála je 2,3 km odtud. The owners of this accomodation are amazing, kind, helpful, and lovely people. We were greeted with a smile and fresh pot of coffee as soon as we arrived, the room was lovely, clean and the fan was enough to keep us cool through the night. Their food is home-grown, home-made and absolutely delicious! I absolutely recommend their place to anyone visiting Sigiriya!!
