A beautiful place with kind staff. Liked my stay for a few reasons: 1. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the whole place is nicely decorated with hammocks and wooden chairs. The complex resides with the forest and the pool is beautiful. 2. Had the best Sri Lankan dinner of my whole trip - don’t miss it. 3. Manager was beyond helpful with all matters and even helped me upon arrival and offered to pay my taxi driver who didn’t have change. 4. Price is reasonable - Great value for money. Would def recommend

What a great finding. The bed is the BEST we’ve had in Sri Lanka, shower pressure was AMAZING, everything super clean sheets, towels and room. The view is great, with the green scenery. Breakfast is also very plentiful and delicious. For dinner and lunch, the location is also perfect once it’s walking distance to the 2 best restaurants in the region. They have the best safari prices as well, he has 2 great cars and is very experienced Now talking about the owners: 2 great human beings, that besides taking care of their guests, they also take care of the poor dogs of the regions. They cook them food twice a day, took some to the vet, helped stray cats, and call animals their friends. I fell in love with this place and would not think about staying anywhere else. Thank you 🤍

Nice tent house, really friendly and welcoming hosts. We were greated by a welcome drink, the family cooked us a really nice 4 curry dinner. They also helped us organise a safari trip and gave us a king coconut on our way out. We really enjoyed our stay and the whole experience. Highly recommend.

This had to be one of our favourite stays in Sri Lanka! The location is in a quiet area right on the river, perfect for relaxing but not too far away from the main town. While cooling off in the river you can enjoy the monkeys playing in the trees. The rooms were well maintained and the bed was very comfortable. The thing we will remember the most about this place is the family that runs the hotel. I have never experienced such amazing hospitality. They were incredibly kind and generous. The traditional meals they prepared were outstanding and very flavourful ! They were able to arrange a wonderful safari for us and provided us with transportation to the elephant transit centre. I cannot recommend this place enough and wish we were able to stay longer!
