Responds quickly to any questions you might have. We felt very safe and comfortable in the apartment complex. Room looks just like the pictures. Clean and quiet. There's two very nice restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We tried them both, one for dinner and one for breakfast. We stayed for one night during our road trip through Morocco. It was a perfect place to get rested before getting on the road again.

The apartment is modern and comfortable enough, has a washing machine, and is in a ritzy area with enough restaurants to keep one well fed. The building had the first lift/elevator I'd ever seen in Morocco which was modern enough. It's a full apartment with a good-enough kitchen and other facilities and would be fine for a couple visiting Casablanca as long as they weren't expecting to be near the airport. Other than a loose outlet above the bathroom sink, everything was clean and it worked (which isn't common in Morocco). You get a full, 1-bedroom apartment. I walked to the El Hank lighthouse in about 20 minutes.
