Stay mikado It’s just a short bike ride to a beautiful local private beach and a 5-minute walk to the boat ride. The place offers a karaoke room, diverse entertainment options, snorkeling, surfing… just to name a few, BBQ on private island and to stay in shape and unwind at the gym and spa. At night, you can stay on the terrace and enjoy stunning star-gazing.

The staff (Roshani) was absolutely fantastic… very gracious, helpful and always a smile :) The owner, Ahmed, went above and beyond! Assisted with many questions and booked my boat to and from Male. Very helpful. Thimarafushi is a small, quiet island for relaxation, and snorkeling day trips.

Guests can make use of the children's playground or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the city and quiet street. This is a great place to stay. The island isn’t swarmed by tourist as it is quiet far out, which does make it more expensive to get to, however once you are there it is very cheap. This company offered us great activities for really cheap prices, we went dolphins watching on a boat which was magical and cost about £10 when we went to a different island later on they tried charging £70 for the same activity. The staff are friendly and they serve food on the top floor of the hotel. There is also another hotel on the island which has a pool table and other pub games. Everyone met here on a nightly bases and it had a real sense of community.
