As pretty much everyone reviewed, this place was great. I decided to take the 1:30 pm bus from Arequipa to Cabanaconde. It sucked that I got there at 9 pm, but I thought it would be better than having to wake up at 3 am for a bus and then start my hike right afterwards. A few days out I messaged Leandro. He sent me an image of the restaurant menu to order something in advance in case I arrived after the restaurant closed. Sure enough I arrived late. The team cooked me a pizza, stayed open for me, and then heated up the pizza when I got there. The included breakfast was great as well. Sorry that I don’t know everyone’s name, but thank you so much to Leandro and team for making my visit wonderful. I’m a world where many people do not care, I really get the impression that this place does care about their customers overall experience at the Colca Canyon!

Miskiwasi Bed & Breakfast tiene vistas al jardín y se encuentra en Yanque. Cuenta con restaurante, servicio de habitaciones, bar y jardín. It is a small, intimate and very pleasant place. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room was clean and not overly decorated. The amenities went beyond a two star hotel (soap, shampoo and even blow dryer, things that one doesn’t necessarily find together in a three star hotel.)

Casa vivencial Mamá Vivi se encuentra en Coporaque, en la región de Arequipa, y ofrece alojamiento con parking privado gratis. I had such a pleasant and lovely stay. They made the stay as comfortable as possible and I felt really welcome. I could join the hostess at a local festivity in Chivay with traditional clothings and dancing. We also made such a lovely walk and saw some ancient settlements. Having a bath in the local hot springs was so lovely. The food was really good and they made me feel at home. I would definitely recommend to stay for a local, authentic and warm experience.

Martha, the owner, was a talented cook preparing all the meals from scratch mostly with local products and never grew tired as a trip guide answering all my questions about life in the country, plants and animals.

Hospedaje Vacacional - Colca se encuentra a 7 min a pie de Iglesia Nuestra Señora de la Asunción y ofrece alojamiento conjardín, terraza y cocina compartida. Mónica estuvó muy amable, y la limpieza de su hospedaje era impecable. Mi habitación era bonita y cómoda; la cama era bien confortable, lo que no siempre se encuentra en los hospedajes.

La Casa de la Abuela Isabel está en Yanque, a 7,9 km de Estacion de Buses, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de uso común y terraza. El desayuno estuvo bueno, el jugo muy fresco y nos dieron mate de coca a solicitud.

Wayra Wasi, que tiene jardín, está en la región de Arequipa, Coporaque, a 7,6 km de Iglesia Nuestra Señora de la Asunción y a 7,8 km de Estadio de Chivay.

Sumaq Wayra tiene vistas al jardín y está en Yanque. Cuenta con restaurante, cocina compartida, bar, jardín y terraza. Hay wifi gratis y parking privado en el propio alojamiento. Limpio, acogedor, personal muy amable y desayuno rico!
