The best place to stay not only in Horta but in the entire Azores, trust me on this one. Super nice, comfortable, modern, extremely clean... Great central location. Staff is wonderful, helpful, kind and friendly. I'm definitely returning soon!

Very honestly, it's the place just where you want to be. My (our) impression: we lived in a double room. It would be suitable for 3 adults. I was travelling with a family member. The room: is cosy, and a lot of time has been taken to create the cosiness with details. The room is large, with plenty of space. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, including a coffee machine. The bathroom is also very comfortable. There is air conditioning in the appartment, sometimes on summer days it helps wonderfully. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The extra bed is also very comfortable. Location: The villa is 10 minutes by car from Ponta Delgada and 10 minutes in the other direction from Santa barbara beach. Very easy and convenient access to all parts of the island. We stayed in the villa for 10 days and travelled all over the island. We went for a coffee in Ponta Delgada, then a swim in the fantastic waves at Santa Barbara beach. We had lemonade at a beach café and returned to an oasis of calm. There we were greeted by the sound of birds, chicken, parrot Lara greeting Ola and swirls at nightfall. An absolute paradise among the palm trees. We had coffee by the pool on a bench and started the morning with a swim in the pool. If that's what you're looking for, peace and quiet and real relaxation, then I highly recommend this place. Thank you Mrs. Claudia and Mrs.Nicole. The warm welcome is forever imprinted in our hearts and memories. If you're looking and you find a place available, you won't be disappointed. And if you need anything extra, just name it and your request will be heard. Nicole, Claudia, thank you from the depth of our hearts. You have created a paradise on an island that is already full of beauty. P.S. Everything that grows on the farm, as long as it is ripe, you can pick and taste. If you like to eat egs fyou will find them in the farmhouse, completely fresh and organic.

We had a wonderful stay at Colegio 86! The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hosts were super friendly and super helpful. We had some last-minute changes in our travel plans and Joao went out of his way to help us get settled in easily. And they left a lovely welcome gift :)

Fantastic hotel. My 9 year old daughter absolutely loved it and she wants to go back. Great swimming pool. Wonderful garden. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff.

The decoration of the facilities, bedroom, garden and jacuzzi available until late evening. Quiet place nice to rest, central, easy to go everywhere.

Antonio and Paula are the best to have as a host. Very nice people, open and do their best to communicate with us and to learn is some Portuguese They made an excellent dinner for us. Muito bom !!

Eduarda, the manager, is a gem! Beautiful newly renovated mansion with a paradise of a courtyard. Great breakfast in a familiar atmosphere at the kitchen table.

Everything! The place was clean and bright. The room was a good size, big bed and great bathroom. What made this stay even better was the staff at breakfast and their helpfulness when we needed an early breakfast for our flight. Amazing!

The host was very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, close to all the points of interest, shops and bars. Especially good if you don’t rent a car. The rooms and common areas were very spacious.
