We loved our stay in the Villa Montana with a beautiful view to the lake. Villa itself is very modern with everything you need inside. Leaving room with a kitchen (with all the needed staff) and terrace, bedroom. two bathrooms and a outside barbeque zone. Wifi is stable. The host is easy to communicate via Whats up. You should expect long distances to other places (about an hour to Mokra Gora and Zlatibor) and definitely need a car.

Communication with host was great and fast. The apartment is the best we have stayed in Balcanic countries, because of host's good taste, attentiveness to the details, big windows, natural materials, united style, a lot of space and very clean accommodation. The kitchen was well equipped and we could easily prepare the breakfast. The town center, restaurants and supermarket are near it. My strong recommendation!

The location is absolutely stunning, from having a view of the lake, to being able to see the stars at night perfectly. There is nothing but little huts around, perfect for a relaxing vacation. And just 15 min drive away is lake Zaovine where we went swimming and which was very clean. The owners of the accommodation also own a restaurant just 2-3 min walk from the hut and both the food and service are fantastic. The accommodation itself was impeccably clean and beautiful decorated and furnished. It’s simply clear lots of care and thought went into making this a great experience for the guests. And finally the owners and hosts, two sisters, have been so welcoming, helpful, and kind! I cannot recommend this place more, we will for sure be coming back!

Our stay at the tiny house was a delightful experience, thanks largely to our host, Mimi, whose hospitality made us feel right at home. The location is excellent—nestled in a convenient spot where shops, amenities, and a gas station are just a stone's throw away, making it the perfect base for exploring Tara Mountain. We enjoyed the comfort of the beds and pillows, which were just what we needed after a day of adventure. For future guests, it's good to note that the floor can be chilly, so bringing a pair of slippers would be a wise choice for extra comfort. While the cook oven inside is good only for quick meals, take advantage of the grill outside for more elaborate dining. Thank you, Mimi, for a memorable stay—I can't wait to return!

We recently spent 3 at Drvene kuće ŠUŠKA, and it was genuinely one of the most memorable stays we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, everything surpassed our expectations. The place is beautifully crafted all wood, cozy, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, the living area was warm and inviting, and the bedrooms were comfortable with large windows framing stunning mountain views. Our mornings on the terrace, sipping coffee while gazing at the valley and lake, were unforgettable. Location is outstanding. Perched in nature yet within reach of beautiful trails, Zaovine Lake, and local attractions, it’s ideal for both peace and exploration. We loved having gorgeous walking paths close by and being immersed in serenity away from city noise. But what truly sets this place apart is the host, Dragana. She was warm, responsive, and went above and beyond welcoming us, sharing local tips, and even surprising us with homemade treats. Her hospitality elevated the entire experience. If you’re seeking a tranquil escape in the Serbian mountains, one that balances comfort, character, and nature: Drvene kuće ŠUŠKA is a gem. We are already planning our return!

The house is small, comfortable, clean and warm - very cozy; and it's only a few steps away from the Drina river. It has a fully equipped kitchen. The owner is a very kind and friendly person; he recommended great places to visit nearby and the best ways to get there. If you have the opportunity, you should definitely visit. I'll definitely come back again.

The place is very unique and whimsical, perfect for bonding with the nature with no noise or disturbances. Also the view on the forest in the morning and in sunsets is breathtaking.
