Fantastic place! Located in a small and quiet alley, just 20 minutes walk to the Royal Palace, it's an old, traditional house, which has been renovated with great taste. All people from the family that run the place are very lovely and helpful. The room, bathroom and the common facilities are very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was tasty too. I will definitely choose that place again if I'll go back to Bangkok: highly recommended!

At the beginning I planned to stay two nights here and in this city. I decided to stay one more night because I really enjoyed my stay here. The owner and his wife are super nice. It is like at home. Mr. Sue is very considerate and helpful to provide information about how to visit. When you want to go outside, he brought bottles of water to you. When you came back, he and his wife always prepared a glass of fresh juice for you. The breakfast was diverse and good. You can use the bike here for free, which is quite convenient to explore this city and all the beautiful temples.

Great location: Only a 10min walk to the Blue metro line. Lots of restaurants in the food court in the metro station. Local restaurants within walking distance, and tons of Grab options. Being down a few side streets also meant it was a quiet area without too much traffic. Staff: Very friendly staff, we arrived very early in the morning and a staff member was there to check us in. That small gesture was wonderful. Every time we saw them they were always smiling, and seemed genuinely happy. Cleanliness: All the common areas were cleaned daily. If you wanted your room made up you just had to hang up the sign. Features: I appreciated that each floor had a communal sink so that you could clean your dishes, and cutlery (provided in the room) after eating. AC worked well, and cooled the room down quickly.
