Rooms: Depending on your vibe, you can choose between the garden view chalets surrounded by greenery or the beachfront ones just steps from the sand. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and have a warm, natural design – think wood, thatch, and cozy corners. The outdoor showers are a particularly nice touch. Service & Staff: Warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful – the staff go out of their way to ensure guests feel at home. Whether it’s arranging scooters, giving food recommendations, or just offering a smile, their hospitality is top-notch without being overbearing. Food & Drink: The on-site restaurant, Lym’s Bar & Restaurant, is worth mentioning on its own. The food is fresh and flavorful, with good options for Thai and Western tastes. But it’s the cocktails at sunset, with your toes in the sand and a live acoustic set playing, that really elevate the experience. Vibe: It’s a mix of barefoot luxury and backpacker chill. You’ll find couples, solo travelers, and a few families – all seemingly in sync with the relaxed pace of the island. It’s not a party place, and that’s what makes it so perfect. Final Thoughts: Long Beach Chalet offers exactly what Koh Lanta does best – quiet beauty, kind people, and a deep sense of “island time”. It’s not flashy or over-polished, and that’s its charm.

Nice bungalows with peaceful surroundings , we stayed around 2 weeks there. The price was very reasonable for what you get so Perfect for budget travelers ‚ probably one of the cheapest option on koh lanta but you still get everything you need (fridge, kettle, cutlery ect…). Mattress was big and comfortable with completely enclosed mosquito net. Hot and cold water shower was always working with very good pressure. Maik the owner was very friendly and communicative, changing towels and rubbish bags regularly or when asked for. Location was perfect for us - quiet / but still close to mainroad / beaches. Walking distance to cafe and few restaurants but You do need a scooter to get around more but that’s everywhere on koh lanta… scooters are available there as well. Keep in mind this is a typical Thai style bungalow hut! If you have problems with facing a little gecko inside the room every now and then you might be better off looking for some more luxurious hotel accommodation paying at least 3x the price or traveling to another country instead.

You never get sick of the view right outside the door. The staff is incredibly friendly and dedicated to making your stay amazing. There is a place to rent motor bikes for a good price right across the street also which was very convenient. The food was delicious every day and the laundry service was fast, efficient, and free! The sea is refreshing to swim in with no rocks. They also have paddle boards and kayaks to use! This place is a true gem!

It is placed on the water and in an exotic enviroment, but close to everything. The lady owner was very nice and they helped us with the transport when the taxi driver didn't come.

Naprosto úžasné služby, snídaně do pokoje každé ráno ve zvolený čas, bezproblémové půjčení skůtru Honda v ubytování, obstarání výletů a dopravy na požádání. 10/10 a pokud bychom ještě zavítali na Ko Lanru pak jedině sem.

Location is perfect. The place is really quiet, the apartment spacious with a big balcony overlooking the pool, which is very pleasant.
