Very good hotel! Polite staff and very nice hosts (Sam and India). There is a convenient place to work with a laptop in the room (a table and a comfortable chair). Good internet, it was enough for me to work remotely (there are several WiFi routers on the floor, so the rooms have good internet speed). Comfortable bed with a comfortable mattress. The hotel owners put new toppers on the mattresses - it is very comfortable to sleep. The room is cleaned once every 2 days. There is a microwave, a small refrigerator. There is a small pool. There is a private parking for bikes. The beach is within walking distance. SevenElleven and Makro stores are nearby. There is a cafe within walking distance. 15 minutes walk along the main road towards Chaweng, there is a good cafe Roti Pho Thao (I liked the food, prices and service; price-quality). Or you can go to the bar street near the beach.

The villa was well equipped, comfortable and clean. The photos shown were accurate. There were several eateries that we could get to by walking along the beach. Although there is some construction going on, there is still beach access and a stretch of beach to play at. There is also a grocery store within walking distance. The pool was a reasonable size and clean. The showers had good water pressure. We enjoyed our stay there.

The place was spotless in the room and all communal areas. Just 10mins, if that, from all the night life, but so quiet as off the main road. The most comfortable bed I slept in in Thailand.

The owner of the villa was super nice and generous. Our room was well taken care of. The vew from the window really made you feel like you're on your best vacation. The owner has the option to rent a scooter on the spot! Definitely recommend staying here.
