My husband and I had the most wonderful Thanksgiving stay at the Village Inn in Yarmouth Port. Our room was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with every little detail to make our stay comfortable. The historic inn itself is absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained. And the breakfast—homemade and absolutely incredible—was a highlight of our trip. Jennifer is an exceptional host, as well as an amazing baker and chef. Truly an 11/10 experience. We will definitely be back!

Phil & Silvia were great hosts, and made us feel welcome from check-in, all the way through to our last minutes on the property. They provided plenty of recommendations; places to eat, things to do and see, etc. The room was spacious, clean and well laid out. Lots of windows to let in natural light. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was clean. All amenities were provided (soap, shampoo, towels, etc.). The water pressure in the shower was great. Air conditioning worked well. The property was no different, it was very well maintained. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the property; bean bag toss, mini soccer nets, lots of chairs around the pool. There was a grilling area with grilling utensils. There was also a family of resident goats tucked away in their own little corner of the property. They provided complimentary continental breakfast each morning. They provided us with bikes (incl. Helmet and bike lock) to ride around town and fitness equipment (yoga mats, small weights, elastic bands, foam roller, etc.) to do some exercises in our room. Great location, nearby to great restaurants, ice cream, liquor, convenience stores, beaches, etc... We can't say enough good things about this place and would recommend Sesuit Harbor House to anyone visiting Cape Cod.

Where do I start with this review. Frank the host communication was 10/10, we received a lovely message with the key code and detailed information, you could tell from the message that Frank appreciates his guests and wants them to have the best stay possible. The location is great, the area is peaceful and quite, the odd plane taking off but that's to be expected due to the location to cape cod airport. The house is stunning, and great for 2 people or a family. The property is excellent for all year round stays. What you see on the pics is true but when you arrive you gasp that it's all correct and above expectations. If we do go back to Cape Cod we will for sure be renting with Frank again.

Very good instructions. We only had an issue using the oven. We tried calling and texting the property managers but I’ve never managed to join them and heard back. At the end we were not able to cook.
