We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We appreciated the attention to detail, stylish decor, quiet neighborhood, comfortable furniture, and fully stocked kitchen. The provided instructions were clear, and we had no problem with finding the place or check-in or check out processes.

We had the most fantastic stay at Cherri and Mike’s lovely house. It’s a memory we will cherish forever. The house is beautifully renovated to its original style and Cherri told us the history. We were in the Train Room which is train themed with artefacts from the old railroad days. It was a shared bathroom which was fine as we also had a basin in our room. We had an excellent restaurant recommendation for dinner and then sat in the house’s lovely garden which was nicely lit and we really appreciated the glass of wine offered by our hosts. Mike cooked the best breakfast we’ve had on our trip. Avocado, tomatoes, onions, etc on toast. Delicious.

So many thoughtful details which just add to the stay. It is a comfortable home. We thought we had the whole house to ourselves only to find out that it was fully booked. The owners are friendly and welcoming and quick to clean up.

Rachel and Dale were fantastic hosts! The lodge is just a magical place, you must see the waterfall, it's fairy grotto heaven! The room was spectacularly well-appointed, and the breakfast and the other guests were wonderful. The three dogs are really friendly and so is the cat! The frog chorus was a surprise but not intrusive, even next door's cockerel was well-mannered and waited till nearly 7 before announcing his presence. If you read a negative review of this place that person has no soul and should be confined to staying in Days Inns!

So well located and easy to get to and from the airport. Downtown is within a 20min walk but there are also good bus connections. The rooms are well maintained whilst the shared bathrooms and kitchen are cleaned on a daily basis.
