I loved everything about the Brass Lantern Inn. The staff were so welcoming and the location is gorgeous. There are lots of places to just sit and stare at the beautiful landscape - inside, outside or from the hot tub. The Inn is located close enough to Stowe town to be near the action, but far enough out that you avoid the traffic congestion. The breakfast was amazing and the surprise afternoon snack was always super tasty. The bed was insanely comfortable and I also loved loved loved the white noise machine. I would stay here again without hesitation.

From the cozy warm living room, to the quirky room. The breakfast was great, a lot of variety and different options. Kyle was super nice, welcoming and friendly.

The owners were lovely, the room was beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable, the location was close enough to town, and breakfast was divine. Couldn’t rate it highly enough.

Mike and Barb went above and beyond to make our 1-day visit as comfortable and cozy as possible. The room we got had a stunning vista to a tiny waterfall, which we completely did not expect! The sounds of the water were a delight, along with the birds and crickets singing all through the mountains, what a soul-cleanser. I had no idea Vermont was this glorious. Plenty good restaurants just a short drive away, plus a stunning waterfall on an 11min hike. Mike made us great breakfast too :)

Newly renovated house with a gorgeous view of Lake Rescue in Ludlow. Everything seems like it was high quality and you can tell the owners put love into the renovation. Lots of space for a couples weekend or weekend with the family. Pet friendly as well. This was our first time in Vermont & and we’ll definitely be booking this property again!

Magical Retreat Cottage, Autumn Colors and Waterfalls - Vermont Getaway se může pochlubit výhledem na řeku a nabízí ubytování s soukromou pláží a balkonem. The cabin is situated in the Green Mountains in a clearing in the trees giving the feeling of isolation although there are other properties nearby. It is beautifully designed with an open plan kitchen/living space and double bedroom downstairs as well as another double bedroom in the loft space. It is bright and very well appointed with comfortable beds, a nice bathroom (on the ground floor) with plenty of hot water and towels for the shower and the kitchen is very thoughtfully equipped with plenty of cooking pots, bowls and utensils, coffee maker, full stove and microwave. We loved that Gene and Mary had left the makings for pancakes and maple syrup for our breakfast. There is a deck with table and chairs where you can sit and watch the birds in the woods. Just at the end of the driveway there is a small waterfall and pool in the river where you can have a dip on a hot day. The cabin is locked by means of a digital keypad which means no worries about keys. We received detailed directions on how to reach the property from Gene who also gave us tips on where to shop on our way in and local places to visit. We had a really relaxing few days here and would definitely recommend the Magical Retreat Cottage.

Wonderfully situated large and impressive country house, wonderfully furnished spacy rooms, warm and welcoming hosts, Nancy and Roy, Nancy prepared very good food for dinner. Would have loved to stay longer.
