The condo was very nice and a quick walk to the beach and faces the marina with an ocean view. It provided everything we needed as well as extras including beach chairs, umbrella and noodles which we appreciated having at the beach. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay at this property again.

The property is perched on a high hill. Thus, the views from the top of one of the units are gorgeous. Amazing sunsets. The property is between two cozy beaches on one side of the island and the capital town on the other side of the island. You can walk down to both sides (around 40 minutes descending down) and you can take a taxi back up for around USD20. The host is very kind and helpful. The taxi from the airport costs USD50. I don’t recommend the hostel part of the property as it is shabby and old. But all the other single units have been recently renovated. There are no groceries or shops or eateries nearby - only at the aforementioned beaches or in the capital town.

The location was a quick walk (5 minutes) to the Havensight Mall area where there are many taxis to take you throughout St Thomas at posted rates. Downtown Charlotte Amalie is a $6 per person ride from the mall while a trip to Magens Bay on the other side of the island is $12 per. A bonus walking to the taxi site was the excellent Leatherback Brewery and nearby pizza place along the way. A complete grocery store is 10 minutes away. On the property, we stayed in the uppermost apartment, the St Croix, which was both spacious, comfortable and agreed with the online booking photos. The host Ronita provided timely information and instructions.
