Beautiful location with a wonderful view. Everyone was very friendly and above all nice, the room and the whole interior of the hotel very well taken care of down to the smallest detail, the room was very clean and smelled delicious. If I get the chance I will definitely stay there again. Thank you for your helpfulness and understanding.

The accommodation is exceptional from start to finish. Everything was impeccably clean which is very important to us. There is a bus stop in front of the guest house which takes you to the city centre in a few minutes. This means that it is super easy to travel around the area. The host was fantastic as he explains everything very clearly and is very accommodating. The host was one of the best we have ever experienced. There is a breakfast as well which we enjoyed. I would highly recommend Gasthaus Zum Kreuz

Simply WOW! 💖 Fantastic place and absolutely amazing staff! You guys are magicians at creating an atmosphere of hospitality and comfort! Everything was simply perfect: delicious, clean, friendly, beautiful, but what surprised me most was that the managers really listened to people's comments here! Can you imagine, it turns out there are managers in this world who really improve the service after complaints from guests!? 😁 And absolutely everything I read here about the hotel before checking in, absolutely all the wishes of previous guests, were met and fulfilled. The hotel staff were very friendly. The location is great for accessing Rigi via cogwheel train or Lucerne via boat. Breakfast was great with the usual inclusions (cheeses, cold meat, bread, jams and boiled eggs), and they were able to get some gluten free bread for me too, which was very nice. Having parking available was a nice bonus.

Stunning location with the most phenomenal views of the lake, beautiful hotel grounds, professional service all round, amazing breakfast and the spa was incredible! Best hotel we stayed in our Swiss roadtrip. Although it’s a little dated, it has a real charm about it and has been well looked after.

We arrived early and were given a room straight away, along with lots of information about the area. Good location near the boat station and the Rigi Railway. The bedroom was spacious and very clean, as was the bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Small balcony overlooking Lake Lucerne.
