We were pleasantly surprised by the spotless cleanliness that greeted us. The flat was well-equipped and made our holiday comfortable and convenient. Everything. The owner was on hand, kind, helpful, welcoming! The property is steps away from the harbour, shops, cafes, supermarkets. The apartment was lovely inside, the kitchen was amply stocked with cooking utensils and crockery and there was even things like coffee, sugar, tea on hand, and milk in the fridge! We were given a gift of chocolates and snacks, shown how everything worked, supplied with lots of ideas on what to see. We enjoyed the town and the beautiful Urdaibai reserve and surroundings. Eskerrik asko!!!

Perfectly located in the main harbour front, a few minutes walk. The apartment was spacious, homely, and extremely clean. It had everything you needed to walk in and feel like home. Salt, pepper, oil, and a few basic items (which after staying in places with nothing, is super helpful) Although we never met our hosts, they still felt, through their communication and welcome booklet, very frienldy and helpful. Would definitely stay again and wish we had booked for longer.
