This place is such a gem. As soon as we arrived, the hosts Minhal and Tomas made us so welcome and comfortable. It was home from home. Even had a herb garden. And lovely outside terrace. The shower room actually has a power shower. The space is really big and naturally cool as it is on the ground floor. The main bedroom and bed are massive, with huge flitted wardrobes. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils Inc full size oven and a microwave. There is a huge fridge freezer as well. It's a great space if you like to cook. It felt like home. The pool area is very well kept with plenty of sunbeds. The coplex is very safe and secure with a mix of residential and rentals. A very friendly atmosphere at the pool area and throughout the complex. It's a short walk to the evening entertainment, bars and restaurants but very quiet at night. The beach is a 15 min walk, and a taxi is only €5. Yes, there is a hill, but it's more like a long slope. It is not big or steep. All in all, it was a great vacation. You will not dedisapointed. We stayed for 2 weeks. It was not enough. Minhal and Tomas are very kind, helpful, and welcoming people. It's been a pleasure to stay in their apartment. We will definitely be back.

Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at the Perla de Mar apartment in Los Cristianos and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The location is absolutely perfect – tucked just behind the bus station, which made getting around the island super convenient, and only a short walk to plenty of shops, restaurants, and the beach. The apartment itself was spotless and very spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the stunning view – absolutely breathtaking and the perfect way to start and end the day. The hosts were exceptional – incredibly friendly, responsive, and flexible. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, ensuring the apartment was stocked with toiletries and a few essentials when we arrived, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated after traveling. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay in a fantastic location with great hosts, I would 100% recommend Perla de Mar. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect for our holiday – thank you! The location is very central, yet the complex is calm and quiet. The entire area is very well maintained – walking to the apartment feels like strolling through a garden. There’s also a lovely pool area, but you have to pay 3 euros for a sunbed (for all day). The apartment is well equipped and had everything we needed. We especially loved the terrace – modern and comfortable, perfect for dining and relaxing, with a view of the ocean! :) The beds were separate, but very comfortable – memory foam pillows and mattresses ensured a great night’s sleep. We will definitely come back & choose this apartment again!

Myself and a group of friends and family recently stayed at the castle apartment. The apartment is super modern, clean and has all the amenities and more needed for an enjoyable stay. Duplex style so plenty of room for our group and a cute balcony area for us to all sit together. Kathrin the owner of the property was just delightful, we had a late arriving flight and she kindly left a selection of snacks and drinks for our arrival, this made for a nice personal touch to our stay. During the stay I had to contact Kathrin for some help. She was very quick to respond and help resolve the situation. The property has a lovely pool area with onsite bar and restaurant serving food and drinks at very reasonable prices. It is also a short 5 minute walk down the hill to more restaurants and bars. I will defiantly stay here again on my next visit to Tenerife.

We absolutely loved this apartment, it was perfectly located, easy access to shops and restaurants with no steep areas and so close to the beach. Very cosy, plenty of room and was absolutely spotless clean, really impressed with the high standards. Our host tatiana was also very lovely, perfect and helpful communication, no issues at all.
