Staff welcoming room excellent (804) everything we would need and so clean.! Heads up to house keeping at staycity you have the best!!! Reception staff extremely helpful and kind. The young lady gave us an ice Lolly on leaving as it was a bit day and we had 2 young children with us. Cannot fault this hotel .A1 thanks again and I'll see you tomorrow in November

Great location, very clean and well maintained, the staff we interacted with were very welcoming , greeted us and checked we were ok and happy. Just overall an affordable, lovely place to stay . Ideal location for our plans and I’m sure if we’d tried the food etc. would not have disappointed, our situation unfortunately did not permit.

Excellent location close to town and the docks. Huge rooms that were spotless and very well equipped with the normal tea/coffee, towels etc but also dressing gowns. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We got an extremely good deal on this room as it would have been way above our budget otherwise. This was a perfect place to stay in Liverpool. Many thanks to the hotel for making the room available at the price it was making it affordable for us to stay.
