I am so glad we found this lovely little place to stay for the Easter weekend! What a gem! Beautiful cottage, in a gorgeous location, with delicious treats provided by Adele. We so enjoyed the walks, dinner at the pub nearby, and the convenient location from which to explore Western Cornwall. Very highly recommended

This fully self-contained private apartment/flat is perfect for a short or long stay. This property is very spacious, clean and comfortable – the beautiful garden with seating is a bonus. All fittings and appliances as well as the bed are of high quality. Sue went out of her way to facilitate our stay and help us celebrate a special occasion. She also provided us with advice regarding places to visit. A special welcome pack was appreciated. Free and safe on-site parking is provided – always preferred when using a rental vehicle. The location is ideally situated with St Michael's Mount (Marazion), The Minack Amphitheatre (Porthcurno) and St Ives reachable by public transport. The St Erth to St Ives train ride is recommended – saves you trying to park in St Ives and you get to see the views from another perspective.

Our room was spacious, clean, well furnished and nicely decorated. The best of all though was big and bright bathroom. Location of the place was convenient for our travels. Surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. Our hosts were nice and friendly. Tony gave us helpful tips on what to see and where to eat 😊

We enjoyed a lovely stay, hosted by such hospitable hosts. They were so thoughtful, giving us helpful travel advice and extending us cushion seats to watch the open-air Minack Theatre. We miss the big breakfast spread, which could not have been more abundant. There was something special about the place that made it so magical and unforgettable. A must stay!

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building. High quality rooms and high quality service. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and Lynda and Steve were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Penzance. They were extremely accommodating and allowed me to leave my luggage there before check in. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Overall, I had a great experience with the Torwood House. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect for vacations.

Sophie’s place in Penzance was an absolute delight! The room had the most incredible view of the Celtic Sea—I could’ve spent all day just gazing out the window. The house itself is super cute, spotlessly clean, and really well-organised. It felt cosy and welcoming from the moment my friends and I had arrived. The host was fantastic —kind, responsive, and respectful of our space. He's thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and stress-free. Location ideal for my requirements. Easy to check in and hosts very welcoming and attentive. Spotlessly clean, well decorated and equipped. Plenty of choice for breakfast and all well presented and cooked. Good value for the cost I had to pay. Would happily stay again
