The beach is 5 mins walk from the house, petra beach is 30 mins walk, so is Kobuleti. Bolt can drive you there for a reasonable price. It's a good idea to bring some food with you. The hosts were very nice, didn't speak English, but we communicated via google translate. It was close (1 km) to a very nice natural beach by Petra fortress. Nice garden too, staff friendly but not English speaking. Nice kitchen to our disposal. New building, however it needs a lot of work. There was a table tennis. A friendly market 100 metres from the house. You can take local bus to Batumi for 3 GEL. The bus is operating almost 24/7.
