The hotel is as advertised. Its a 4 star hotel in India and not everything is perfect, but for what it lacks in the quality of the rooms, it more then makes up with the polite and welcoming staff. I have travelled a lot and this has been by far the most pleasant experience when it comes to people working in the hotel. Everyone, from the restaurant to the cleaning staff, everyone is super nice and helpful. Restaurant has amazing food, masseuse is great quality, rarely you find something so good in the hotel. And I want to give a special thank you to Kanak, I am not sure what her role exactly was, but she was there in the reception helping visitors with anything you needed. Her genuine attention and care have made my stay in this hotel, the best hotel experiences so far. She is just a trainee and already way more professional than any hotel staff you find in luxury European hotels. If I am ever back in Udupi area, this is definitely the hotel I am staying at.

Fantastic location in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the entire area on foot. There are great restaurants nearby, and the neighborhood feels safe. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. Beautiful big new house, very friendly hosts, Mr. Ganesh picked me up with his car from train station and brought me to bus station for free, he bought me a medicine as a gift when I caught a cold. Nice design, comfortable, big bathroom with bathtub, strong AC, very clean and quiet. Nice green peaceful neighborhood, 10 minutes drive from city center.
