The host is so Friendly and nice. They do everything for you feel well and meet your needs. I have been in Kerela for two weeks in different hotels. This is the best. Good value for the money. Good breakfast. I really can recommend this place. When I go back to munnar I go here.

We were upgraded to the Royal Suite when we stayed here for 2 nights this Christmas, and couldn’t believe our luck! The view is absolutely incredible and the room features a hot tub, sauna and steam room! It was like staying in our own personal spa! The staff were lovely and very attentive. Since it was Christmas we were treated to carols, live music and fireworks, and the food was incredible for every meal. Highly recommended!

The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable, helping with everything and even organizing an amazing jeep tour and mountain trek for me. The homemade breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the peaceful atmosphere is perfect if you’re looking to escape the crowds.
