If you are travelling to Marrakech, I highly recommend this Riad. It is brand new (it opened three months ago), so you may not find it on any "lists" if you search these like I was. I chose this Riad because it had such a high rating here. I did not know what to expect because it was my first time in Marrakech, and I was travelling alone, but everything was amazing. I was blown away. The staff were so attentive. Everyone remembered my name and my activities for the day, even those I hadn't met before. They organised all these activities for me, and I felt completely safe here. Whenever I left my room, someone smiled and offered me help. I had dinner on the rooftop twice; it was the best dinner I had during my whole time in Morocco. I would have happily had dinner here every night. It is located right in the heart of the Medina, which comes alive day and night and is the most magical place. The Koutoubia Mosque and Bahia Palace are within walking distance. If it is your first time in Marrakech, I would recommend a guide that the hotel can organise so you can learn more about the city's rich history and navigate the Souk. I also did the Agafay Desert experience through the hotel, which was probably the best thing I have done. The hotel is also extremely Instagrammable, which, let's be honest, we all love. Morocco's service standards are genuinely high, but this one was a cut above the rest. The staff made me feel like a princess every single day. I have been travelling around the world and have stayed in many five-star hotels, and I can safely say this is the best hotel/Riad I have ever stayed in regarding value for money and service. It was my first time in Morocco, and I had no idea what to expect, but I feel so lucky I found this beautiful Riad. They made me feel like family and made me feel welcome to come back to Morocco on my own anytime, which I intend to do! Thank you to you all at Riad Atlas Palace.

The hotel was located right in the city's heart, making everything easy to a walkable distance. Due to a change in our plans, we needed to stay one night earlier than planned, and we contacted the hotel via WhatsApp. Manal, the staff member, looked after us, even though we needed to stay 2 days in advance to leave for the desert tour and then return 2 days later, she managed to get us a room, was very friendly and amazingly supportive of whatever we needed. 2 days later, we returned from the desert tour and she recognized us straight away by faces and names. She immediately helped us with the bags to show us the new room. While showing us the room, she asked if we had a taxi arranged to the airport the next morning and as we didn't, she arranged us a driver to take us from the hotel to the airport. Her talented customer service and excellence in business knowledge made my, and my wife's stay a memorable experience. It's valid to mention as well the two Mohameds in the reception who were so friendly and polite. Easygoing fellas, and good people to talk with. They both helped us with our luggage, and breakfast and shared a bit of the local knowledge as well which made a big difference for us as we had zero knowledge about the local culture, places and people. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone passing by Morocco. The location, the structure, the rooftop swimming pool and especially the staff are a plus to make anyone's holiday even better!

The riad was absolutely beautiful calm, authentic, and full of charm. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, always making sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helped us with everything. We didn't had time to have traditional tea with cookies, so they offered us to have that at checkout. The lobby and rooms was nice, clean and beautiful. Breakfast was served at the roof terrace and it was delicious, they even offered to have some more of the foods that we enjoyed. Room was designed beautify and location of the property was very central and easy to find.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Riad Dar Blanche & Spa in Marrakech, and I was absolutely blown away by the experience. The riad is beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan style with a modern twist, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we was being taken care of. They were always happy to help with anything we needed. The rooms at Riad are beautiful and they all have their own private bathroom. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the linens are soft and luxurious. The food at Riad is also amazing (the chef is 10/10). She went out of her way!! The staff at Riad are truly the icing on the cake. They are so friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure you have a memorable stay. They are also knowledgeable about Marrakech, and they can help you plan your day's activities. If you're looking for an unforgettable stay in Marrakech, I highly recommend this Riad. The staff and service are truly outstanding. Overall,had an absolutely amazing stay at Riad Dar Blanche, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Marrakech.
