Set in a quiet, residential area easy walking distance from the centre, the room had every facility including a fridge and microwave. The balcony deck was a particularly enjoyable feature. The host was very welcoming and friendly, and happily arranged for a parking permit on the street, which was reasonably priced.

A really wonderful hotel, with a slogan, just a room, the rooms are beautiful decorated, in a stylish way. There is no lobby, and you get the keys via a link. A good breakfast is provided in the restaurant linked at the hotel, for a reasonable price with a lot of choices. I will use again this place on my next visits! Hotel is part of the university and run by young students, very professional and skilled. Breakfast is a la carte and it is very well done. There is free parking for hotel customers. City center is very close in a walking distance. I had to shorten my business visit and I was refunded for the extra days already payd. I was not pretending to get money back and not even asking because was my fault to leave in advance. That made me really positively surprised and got confirmed that there is very professional engine behind those guys and girls. I liked also the no plastic concept used. Keep it running on same way! See you on next time.

the staff were very friendly and helpful and did everything they could to make my stay enjoyable. The room was spacious, imaginatively furnished and very nice as was the lounge downstairs, where I sat quite a lot. I reallly liked the "history wall" where using photos and printed material the history of the hotel was outlined since the 19th century. I would love to go back, it is almost a reason for re-visiting Leeuwarden
