We feel very lucky to meet the warm and respected owner couple and stay in their wonderful and comfortable house. We feel like going to our sibling's as soon as we arrived. They even kindly spent time entertaining us with the interesting biological spotlights nearby. We really appreciate and hope to see them again!

We arrived quite late after an evening Hobbiton tour, but Fiona kindly waited for us and cheerfully showed us around. The apartment was absolutely amazing—beautifully decorated and well-equipped, offering all the comfort we needed after a long day. The next morning, we enjoyed our coffee while taking in the peaceful farmlands surrounding us. We only wish we had more time to stay longer.

Just perfect for our 1 night stay to break the trip back to Auckland. Quiet location, just a short drive to the centre. Very good quality facilities, all well presented. Fascinating detail on how the place had evolvover the years and the personal touches put in by the owners. The info sheet made good reading.
