We were very happy with the family suite — it was spacious, clean, and quiet, with comfortable mattresses. There were bottles of water and a kettle in the room. Breakfast offered a great variety of options: eggs, hot dishes, salads, fruits, cakes, bread, soup, real coffee, juice, and more. Really nice for a hotel in this category, so I don’t understand the previous complaints. The pool was clean and had shaded areas, and the gym was good enough for a quick workout before our flight. Overall, an excellent value hotel.

A brand new, amazing, super clean, spacious, well-lit, budget friendly hotel. I have stayed in multiple locations in Muscat during my visits but this has become my new favourite! It's more of a premium 3 star hotel in my opinion. The actual property looks exactly like the pictures. The rooftop tool and gym didn't disappoint either. Will be back! Bonus points for being located close to a shopping centre, discount store and with plenty of restaurant options nearby.

The hotel was just amazing! Very kind and friendly staff, welcomed by Asma and her team. Absolutely clean and comfy and spacious rooms. Even the roof top pool was absolutely clear and clean. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! A huge variety of local and international food and beverages. The chef Suman and his crew have been soo kind and courteous, food is freshly prepared and top of the notch. We will definetly come again!

I had a short layover stay at the Holiday Inn Muscat and it was just what I needed. The hotel is conveniently located—only about 15 minutes from the airport by taxi. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, perfect for resting during a layover. What stood out most was the staff—they were incredibly polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Would definitely recommend it for a short stopover in Muscat!
