I recently had the pleasure of staying at Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort, and I must say that it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles from the staff, who were nothing short of outstanding throughout my entire stay. The facilities at Harrah's Cherokee were truly first class. The resort itself was beautifully designed and maintained, with a luxurious atmosphere that made me feel like a VIP. The attention to detail in every aspect of the resort was evident, from the elegant decor to the impeccable cleanliness. The bedroom I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, offering a great size that allowed me to relax and unwind after a long day of activities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided in the room, which added to the overall convenience and comfort of my stay. One of the highlights of my experience at Harrah's Cherokee was the wide range of things to do and see. there was nothing missing in the room, it was quite spacious, clean and pleasant, the bathroom was very nice and clean with a set of towels and cosmetics, wifi worked without any problems, a huge and safe parking lot under the hotel, very nice staff, you can eat a small free breakfast in the morning

This was an ideal place to stay for visiting Great Smokey Mountains National Park. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and in particular, the shower was powerful. It was a quiet haven away from the hustle and bustle of the Casino just across the road. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and a good breakfast was provided. All in all, it's a good value hotel in a great location. No frills, but everything was great, and they have all the basics right. I would be happy to stay there again.

The location was excellent. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was free and delicious. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious, and the nights stay only being 95$ is extremely cheap. Perfect place to stay for the price!
