One of the most beautiful are we have ever seen. Exceptionally helpful staff. After checking in, we realized that the tv remote was broken. They tried to replace it, but it didn't work either. Within two hours, they gave us a new tv.

Acta Arthotel in Andorra la Vella features a local gastronomy restaurant, "Plato restaurant", a spa with a sauna and Turkish baths. All rooms have free Wi-Fi internet access. Really nice location and well renovated room. Particularly amazing was the upgrade of the room which we received.

One employee drove us there personally so we wouldn’t miss our bus. That was definitely going above and beyond to help a guest! It was very much appreciated!

All is brand new. Owner is very helpful and friendly person. We were late for check in, but he was waiting for us, help with registration and also let us late check out without any additional fees. Take a look, if you have electro car, they have charger for it in garage!
