The property is around 1.3 km from Golden Roof, 3.5 km from Ambras Castle and 39 km from Golfpark Mieminger Plateau. The accommodation offers a fitness centre, sauna and free WiFi throughout the property. Free bike usage, great room with a little garden perfect for eating breakfast. Great equipment (kettle, kitchen even with dishwasher).

Hotel Keindl offers 3-star accommodation with a sauna, hot tub and hammam. Guests at the accommodation will be able to enjoy activities in and around Oberaudorf, like hiking, skiing and cycling. Hotel Keindl meets all of my criteria: 1) Family run, 2) CLEAN, 3) Restaurant, 4) Bier Garden, 5) In-House Butcher Shop. I was very pleased on all counts, plus my room was large and very quiet. The included Breakfast has an excellent selection including some of their own meats ! Breakfast room is large and bright with plenty of room for moving around the breakfast offerings. There was a person on duty checking me in to the breakfast and directing me where to sit. Very helpful too. Dinner was very good. The servers were attentive and orders were correct. There is a Brass Band Headquarters/Clubhouse directly across the street from the Bier Garten, very convenient and they played from around 6pm till 9pm. A very nice plus ! Laundry service was excellent and a 1 day turn-around, plus very reasonably priced. Parking was available on-site and close to an access walkway you have access to with your room passkey. Staff speak English, and were very pleasant and helpful. They keep some very good candies in the tray/dish on the Reception counter.

The family-run Hotel Maximilian is located in the heart of Innsbruck’s Old Town, next to a pedestrian zone, offering air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. The Golden Roof, the Imperial Palace, the Cathedral of St. James, Maria-Theresien Straße Shopping Street, the Congresshaus, the University, and the hospital are just a few minutes' walk away. The location was perfect right in the center. Breakfast was amazing. It was so easy with 2 washrooms in the room.
