It is set 200 metres from Imperial Palace Innsbruck and offers a lift. The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. it was nice stay. The room was quiet and clean. The location is good and the staff was friendly

The property features mountain and city views, and is 38 km from Großglockner / Heiligenblut. The apartment has family rooms. The location was ideal. Walking distance from the train station and right at the start of the pedestrianised zone. The river was not far and I could see the surrounding hills/mountains from the window. The room was finished to an extremely high standard and was comfortable and homely. It was useful to have cooking facilities and the dishwasher was a nice treat. The automatic check-in screen/keycard dispenser worked fine.

Well situated in the Pradl district of Innsbruck, pradl elf my- apartment is set 1.3 km from Imperial Palace Innsbruck, 1.1 km from Innsbruck Central Station and 1.1 km from State Museum of Tyrol - Ferdinandeum. The property is around 1.3 km from Golden Roof, 3.5 km from Ambras Castle and 39 km from Golfpark Mieminger Plateau. The accommodation offers a fitness centre, sauna and free WiFi throughout the property. Very cleverly designed, clean apartment with kitchenette with all we needed for self catering; induction cook top, fridge, sink, clean and quality utensils, even a dishwasher. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine and the generous availability of more pods. Although a small double room, it makes great use of the space and we were comfortable, with one soft chair plus a comfy, wide bench. Large windows also enhance the space. Bed was comfortable, wi fi and shower great and soft thick towels provided. The large communal area downstairs is a bonus for those in larger groups or with children. Keno in reception welcomed us late in the day (he had already replied to our message when our train was delayed and reassured us as to door code etc if we were late to check in) On arrival he provided us with maps, our Welcome Card and and an informative briefing, including advice re food shopping prior to a Sunday and a public holiday when supermarkets are shut and then answered our many questions and helped carry our luggage upstairs. Despite it being late afternoon, he also happily showed us how to use the coffee machine; thanks Keno for such a warm welcome. Location was perfect, 1 km from the station, some of it via a pleasant park and cycle path along the river and a quiet peaceful area. It was an easy walk/cycle or use free public transport ( Welcome card) to the old city centre. A large supermarket and shopping mall is very close also. We made good use of the free bikes available ( with locks and baskets) to both explore locally and rode also to Hall and beyond along the river path.

I loved this place, the environment was wonderful, the common areas are very comfortable and cozy and the kitchen is fully equipped, the staff's attention was also perfect and very friendly, I definitely recommend this place, I think it is the best quality-price of the area!
