Hotel Plattenwirt se pouhých 200 metrů od jezera Wörthersee, v bezprostřední blízkosti parku Europa Park a 10 minut chůze od parku miniatur Minimundus i klagenfurtské univerzity. Pěkný hotel na klidném místě blízko jezera, parkování OK. V hotelu velmi čisto, překvapila mě velikost pokoje, velká okna i prostorná koupelna. Vybavení k přípravě kávy, čaje, minibar, lednička atd. - super. Recepční a personál ochotný, přátelský a nešetřil úsměvy - milé ! Snídaně vynikající, džus dobrý, zelenina, ovoce a pečivo čerstvé. Okolí a jezero je opravdu kouzelné. Kousíček od hotelu autobusová zastávka, možno do centra Klagenfurtu - jízdenky zaplatíte normálně řidiči, nemusíte říkat kam - platí jednotná taxa, tuším 2,5 Eur. S ubytováním jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Moc děkujeme, přijedeme zas. Vielen Dank, wir haben Ihren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen.

The decorations are perfect, utensils are well stocked for cooking. Beautiful designs, bed and couch are truly comfortable, the bathroom is beyond beautiful, with bath tub and shower , the owners supply detergent for clothing wash and washer ,for longer stays it is perfect!!the terrace and the location in general is really good. All the stores are close , transport is also very good. I can not say anything bad , the owners are so helpful and their hospitality is 💯 I recommend to anybody who loves a pampered stay!

We chose this beautiful place for our stay during Ironman Klagenfurt. We wanted somewhere relaxing but not too far from the race venue and this was perfect. I cannot describe how beautiful the scenery is and our suite at villa stern had a beautiful balcony and private terrace area to enjoy nature at its best. The whole of villa stern looks newly refurbished with a mix of modern and traditional furniture, The bathroom is a good size with lovely walk in shower, the water pressure was great and never short of hot water.. we had a separate lounge area to the bedroom. Both the lounge and bedroom opened out onto the balcony all with direct views to the pool and amazing forests. It is absolutely peaceful. Every morning breakfast is served from 8-10am, but on race day they prepared it for us for 4 am. The hosts are a couple and they are fantastic. They are so accommodating and will do anything to help make your stay comfortable. The breakfast was everything from hot cooked breakfast, to cheese and cold cuts, to cereals, yoghurts, fruits, croissants and regional delicacies, as well as a great coffee machine and a mix of teas and fruit juices. I cannot fault the cleanliness it was immaculate and they change the linens whenever you wanted and organised the room cleaning when you wanted too. The hosts also provide trips to venice which is just 2.5 hours away or if you go in winter they can take you just 30 mins down the road to a ski resort. The Villa Stern also has some bikes if you want to take them out for a ride. There is a cycle track just a couple of hundred metres down the road so it's really convenient. Viktring is just 10km down the road and there you can find shops and restaurants, but you will soon come to know that the villages surrounding lake klagenfurt are full of places to visit and dine. We had a fantastic time and are coming back next year for sure.

Waldseilpark - Taborhöhe se nachází 12 km odtud. ​We spent 5 days in this cozy and stylish apartment. The apartment is spacious enough for 2-3 people (or a couple+2). It has a comfortable bed and a great big sofa. The kitchen is very well equipped and even has big enough coffee mugs :) The Nespresso machine was a plus and of course the washer+dryer!!! It also proves you with a dyson vacuum, which for me was a huge plus. The host is amazing, so friendly and attentive. Answered our questions, helped to improve wi-fi speed and provided a complimentary water and wine bottle. The surrounding area is great for bike rides and walks, but to get around further you'll need a car.
