All was great from the location, to the building itself, to the interior to the comfort of the room, to the service. Christmas decorations were everywhere in the hotel with the cinnamon and apple aroma spread in the corridors. We even got a small present from the owners. Breakfast was included every day. It was a wide buffet with milk/flakes, cold cheese/ham, vegs and bread. Desserts and fruits were also available as well as a good selection of teas, juices and filter coffee. The cook made us eggs every morning on demand in the way we asked be it omelette, boiled, sunny side or scrambled. The staff was very pleasant. The cleaning in the room was done every morning. I appreciated having a sink in the room despite our room not having a separate toilet/shower. To add we had a beautiful mountain view from our window. The beds were cozy and warm.

Very nice accommodation, staff was very friendly and helpful, beds in the room were comfortable and the shared living rooms felt very cozy. If I'm back in the area someday I will definitely look to stay here again.

Conveniently situated 1.5 km from the Hausberg ski lift in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Hotel Alpengruss features a terrace, and free WiFi. Hiking and cycling trails are easily accessible. Very clean, comfortable, and cozy. Front desk reception and breakfast buffet waitress were very friendly and welcoming. Easy check in and check out with parking on property. The room was spotless and quiet at night. Breakfast was fresh, nicely laid out buffet and had everything we wanted for breakfast. We highly recommend staying here.

Hotel Föhrenhof se nachází v poklidné lokalitě u lesa v obci Farchant, jen 3 km od Garmisch-Partenkirchenu, a nabízí sluneční terasu a zahradu s krásným výhledem na hory Zugspitz a Wetterstein. It is a very beautiful place. We received a warm welcome from the host, with complimentary snacks. Very clean, big room, comfortable beds, chairs on the balcony where you can enjoy a gorgeous view. Free parking, nice pizzeria close by and a beautiful park with multiple trails just behind the hotel. The breakfast was rich with options and very tasty. We had a grand time!

The 4-star superior hotel has been family-run since 1634 and offers an indoor swimming pool, various saunas, steam baths, a children's playground and a cosy lounge. The hotel is designed beautifully, the staff were really kind and friendly, especially Emanuel and Frank. There was a wide variety of facilities for both adults and children.

A cozy hotel, just like the town itself, which we came to visit on the recommendation of our relatives. The service was top-notch – we received a local map, advice on where to go, and a warm welcome. The balcony of our room opened to a magnificent view of the mountains. All attractions were within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Super friendly and informative host who greeted us at the check in and walked us through the whole place. Super spacious rooms, great quality equipment.

Úžasné přivítání, vše bylo perfektně v ubytování i pro pejska připravené. Krásně o nás bylo postaráno i během pobytu. Vřele doporučuji. Lokalitu jsme si nemohlo vybrat lépe!

I arrived on a motorbike and the team were kind enough to let me park on premises. I did take an unnecessary detour enroute and dropped the bike. Marco from the property came by to help me get the bike up. The food was simply amazing, coupled with the ambience of the property and the surrounding trees and the mountain.. perfect. The room was spic n span. The ensuite toilet and bath appeared rather new and well kept. A shout out to Marco for his timely help, Eleni for the warm welcome and the team on premises who made the stay a memorable one. Definitely visit again, only this time, without any detours
