We can 110% say this was great accommodation with everything we needed, and the location was a tram ride to the even at EPIC we went to amd into the city. Everything was perfect - underground parking, lift access to the apartment, modern amenities, etc. The place was immaculate!

Exceptional place to stay, worth every penny. Well stocked kitchen, lots of bonus snacks and even base cooking ingredients. Hot shower, comfy beds, very quiet location with nothing disturbing your sleep. Very clean. Very warm as well, didn't even need to turn on the heaters or heated covers even though nights were dipping into single digits. Netflix for quiet evenings. Would stay again.

Communication with Tim and Roxanne was great and because they did not have someone coming in the same or next day, they were able to offer a (very) late check out at 3:30pm for our 5:30pm flight out of Canberra. Very considerate of them and much appreciated. The amenities provided in the apartment were very good - grocery items, cleaning products etc. All great for short term travellers not having to buy essentials. The apartment is right across Cooyong Street from the Canberra Centre
