The staff could not have been more helpful and kind in making us feel welcome throughout our stay. While we were only here for one night, the suites are well set up for a longer stay. Would highly recommend!

Ovie and his family are very calm and never caused any disturbance with noise. I was warmly welcomed by Ovie, who helped me with my luggage and was incredibly kind the entire time. The basement literally has everything you need to live comfortably it’s extremely clean, the bed is comfortable, and overall it’s such a cozy place to stay. I could easily live there for months. It is close to Niagara Falls but is located in a quiet neighborhood. Probably one of the best places we've ever stayed at. If you plan on visiting Niagara Falls, do your self a favor and book a room at Serenity Inn!

Our host response was almost immediate to any questions we had. The kids appreciated the little patio set☃️ they played in the snow while we still got to supervise them. The apartment has a spectacular view. We highly recommend it and will definitely come again.
