The staff was realy good, especially for Sara, she was so very kind to us when the first time we arrive at hostel, she arrange our room and explain all the facilities to us. We like all the facilities espesially the kitchen, we saw everybody cook and eat together in the same room. It was so warm. The room it's so great with mointain view. This is recomended for family travelling.

Alpina Boutique Hotel Interlaken - Ringgenberg - Adults only ! Interlaken is located above Lake Brienz in the Canton of Bern Region, and it offers breathtaking views from its terrace and the garden. The view from the lake front room was incredible. Sitting on our balcony watching the moon rise over the mountains was a highlight of our trip. The staff were so friendly and they let us borrow a converter for our charger. The breakfast was delicious.

Tento historický hotel byl postaven v roce 1890 a byl jedním z prvních hotelů v Lauterbrunnenu. We loved our stay here. Perfect location easy walking distance from the train station. The view was just incredible! We were in a frontal falls view room #9. It was perfect. Waking up to the view of the falls and alps is something I will never forget. And drinking champagne on the balcony at night. Everything was spotless, room and bathroom nice size. Plenty of room for our luggage. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of variety. And the dining room has views of the falls and mountains. The staff here were incredibly kind and helpful! Would just bend over backwards to make you happy. Especially the young woman at reception. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name.

Rodinný hotel Alpina se nachází na jedinečném místě přímo v srdci letoviska Mürren, kde platí zákaz vjezdu motorových vozidel, a nabízí nádherný výhled na hory Eiger, Mönch a Jungfrau. Love the bed and pillows. Had 2 nights of good rest. Love the Mountain view from my balcony! Could see paragliders in close promixity! Breakfast was adequate.

Cosy and relaxed Eiger Guesthouse is located opposite the BLM train station in Mürren, with a splendid view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau Mountains. Perfect location next to the BLM train station which isn’t noisy at all. Great food at the restaurant at a very reasonable price (considering it is Switzerland) and the staff shows such warmth and hospitality that it makes it a great stay. The wonderful view of Eiger and Monch from the balcony. Lift for those with suitcases and accessibility in general. Lovely clean room and bathroom with a bathtub :)

Its architecture and ambiance give guests a feeling of stepping into a historical setting while enjoying modern comforts. One notable drawback is the absence of a lift/elevator, which can be inconvenient for elderly guests or those carrying heavy luggage. The narrow stairs leading to the first and second floors may also pose a challenge for some visitors. However, this is a minor issue when weighed against the hotel’s numerous advantages. Our group of seven travellers from India thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hirschen Hotel. Despite the small inconvenience of the stairs, we were highly satisfied with the services, location, and overall experience. The beautifully located hotel, combined with its excellent staff and delightful dining, makes it a highly recommended choice for visitors to Interlaken.

Situated in the centre of Grindelwald, a 5-minute walk from Grindelwald Train Station, the sports centre, and the First Cable Car, Hotel Hirschen offers free WiFi and a restaurant serving cheese... Central position, very nice stuff and good breakfast! Clean rooms and nice restaurant in hotel. We stayed in Love room that have a jakuzzi and a big terrace on the first floor, and it was wonderful!

Centrally-located modern hotel lined with yellow balconies, opposite the Interlaken West Train Station with links to the Jungfrau Ski Area. Everything! Spacious and clean room, friendly staff, nice breakfast quality, super close to the station!!!

The staff and host were so friendly and made us feel at home. The place is peaceful, immaculately clean and full of warmth. The breakfast was wholesome and delicious due to the fresh ingredients. The rooms and the hotel overlook the beautiful lake and mountains. The toilet has a bidet installed. The hotel is conveniently accessed via public transportation and just a 2 minute walk from the nearest bus stop.
