We actually didn’t stay in this property as we were informed the week prior that they had water damage and had transferred our booking to a hotel no far away turns out it was better than expected it was a suite with a kitchen in a brand new hotel across the road from the Horgen train station it was lovely and quiet, clean huge comfortable bed big bathroom and the breakfast downstairs was also included and was fabulous made to order eggs any style you liked and continental buffet and barista coffee. It was called the Yarn and we highly recommend it.

Our room overlooking the water was spacious and beautifully decorated- my husband, who can be critical, remarked that it was one of the nicest rooms we had been to in an extended time. Lovely small veranda to sit and view the water along with goats (and cute kid goats) grazing outside. Very quiet and peaceful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection and was fresh. Dinner also lovely with good service and nice tables again with water views. There are plentiful tables outside but the weather was a little cool so we sat inside.

It was in a fantastic picturesque location with various transport routes in the doorstep. There was a choice of restaurants and bars nearby and local bakeries and supermarkets. Will definitely return.

The hosts, Charlotte and Tibor, met us on arrival and were available to answer any questions. We could tell they took great pride in the property and wanted us to have a pleasant stay. The location was beautiful and close to the family we were visiting. We will likely return when we visit Zurich again.

The apartment was spacious and the living room and dining room were well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, and the whole apartment was very clean. The washer/dryer were excellent, as was the clearly marked parking space. Great walking access to the local bakery and grocery store. Locals were very friendly.

From the moment the reservation was made, Steph was very friendly and kind. He was always in touch and answered me all the questions I had prior my trip and then when I got to Switzerland and also when I got to the apartment. I walked from the train station (it is a long walk if you are not used it or if you have luggage) to the apartment. It was a very nice uphill walk with great views and nice cafés around. Steph also was in touch during my stay and it was always available to answer questions. Check out was smooth, all easy. The apartment is a 5 Star apartment, completely clean with all that you need for your stay. An ALDI is 1 minute away from the apartment and that is a very good thing to know! Overall it was a fantastic choice.

Lisa has put so much thought into everything in the studio. Everything is well labelled. There was coffee, tea, fruit, and a little bit of food available for us. You can tell the studio was constructed with quality in mind. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom is large. There is a grocery store and a pizzeria a 2 minute walk down the street from the studio, which we took advantage of. The balcony was lovely to sit out on. Even if it’s chilly Lisa has blankets in the wardrobe for you!
