The front desk worker was incredibly helpful and very friendly. She answered all of my questions warmly and promptly, even when I asked on WeChat. She helped recommend some stores and services around the area when I needed help. The hotel was also very clean and pleasant.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly. The location was great, with the metro nearby. The view from the room was beautiful, and I really liked the bed by the window — it looked nice and was very interesting.

Wonderful lovely hotel in a quiet peaceful location and really professional and nice staff. Hotel manager Lucky is very passionate about talking to tourists and introducing them to local places of interest, as well as her knowledge in tea. She arranged a special tea tasting experience for us, even brewing us some of her lovely 9-year-old white tea which was very tasty. Her and her staff were very kind to answer our questions about the drone show and provided us with a list of tourist attractions organised by location, making it convenient to follow her itinerary if you have not planned anything. She was also very kind to help us book a massage before ourflight so we could relax, helping us to get discounts on her account and making sure that everything was smooth. The hotel also provides free laundry (5 pieces), and subsequent pieces is affordable as it is a fixed fee for the rest of the items. I made use of this service and it really helped as I wanted some clean clothes for my flight home. Overall I definitely recommend this hotel for travellers who would like to experience some superb Chinese hospitality.

Perfect location if you want to walk around or take the metro that is literally one block away. The staff are really nice and always willing to help, you get one free coffee at their coffee shop and a free ice cream at the hostel :) The bed is comfy and the bathroom is always clean. They provide shampoo and shower gel as some toiletries. But the best thing is the rooftop from where you can see a part of the city, btw you can see the drone show from here if you don't feel like walking to the bridge ;)

The price-performance ratio is excellent, making it a very good value for what it offers. The staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. The location is also very convenient, with metro stations just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city and reach all the main attractions.

The location is super convenient.good Wi-Fi, strong air conditioning, and great water pressure.The staff were polite and helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The service was very attentive, giving me a feeling of being at home. The decoration style is also something I really like. The room is spacious and bright, odorless, with good sound insulation, very quiet, and comfortable to live in. I am satisfied!
