I stayed at this hotel with three friends in Zhangjiajie and had an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our host, Winnie, who was very enthusiastic and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and our rooms were luxurious, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s service was top-notch, especially thanks to Winnie. She provided excellent advice on things to do in the area and helped us plan our days in a way that made everything run smoothly. Whenever we had questions, she was quick to assist. The hotel also offers a great swimming pool and a restaurant with tasty local food. The location was perfect—just a short ride to the National Park entrance. Every morning, we were taken to the park by golf cart, and Winnie also helped arrange taxis when we needed to go elsewhere or needed airport transport. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Zhangjiajie.

The view around this resort is hard to beat. Just mesmerizing nature and mountains all around the resort especially from the "infinity" pool. Serene location and lovely staff. I enjoyed this hotel the most in China. Just make sure to bring a 360 camera. You will understand when you get there :)

Zhangjiajie SANHE Hotel se nachází v destinaci Čang-ťia-ťie a má zahradu, antialergenní ubytování a bezplatné Wi-Fi. Jen 21 km odtud je Národní park Čang-ťia-ťie. What a beautiful place! The first thing I said to my wife when we got into the room was, “I want my bedroom to be like this!” It is so beautifully decorated and well-kept. We arrived extremely early and were allowed to check-in early and have breakfast (cannot say that this is the norm, and should be an expectation, this is just our experience). The bath is lovely and the water-pressure from the shower is amazing…..possibly the best shower I’ve had! We appreciated how close it is to the National Park and the Grand Canyon. The staff were very helpful and so welcoming. We managed to book all of our excursions through the hotel and all of our questions (of which there were many!) were answered. If I were to revisit Zhangjiajie, I would stay at this hotel without hesitation. Oh, and a special thank you for collecting us from the train station!

We stayed for three nights in this hotel to visit Zhangjiajie national park and Grand canyon. The staff was very helpful, gave us tips and a marked map to navigate easily in the park. All the reception ladies are very helpful, they made our trip a lot easier. We had a room on the third floor with a balcony. The room was equipped with all the necessities, housekeeping was everyday. Breakfast was in chinese style. Location is optimal, it's around 15 min. walk from the park entrance. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fenghuang Ancient Town Lazy Cat Riverside Inn se nachází v destinaci Feng-chuang a poskytuje bezplatné Wi-Fi, neplacené soukromé parkoviště a výhled na hory. Great location near old town, convenient for visiting and food. Manager was very helpful and welcoming, met the taxi at the main road and helped us carry luggage to the inn. He also helped us book a taxi and carried our luggage to taxi when we checked out, and even gave us a pack of dried fruits as a gift. Rooms look directly out to the river. You can jump from the room balcony into the river, that's how close it is.

The best Desti “背包十年” that I stayed at in China. More social than other Desti hostels. Staff was really friendly and actually joined me for a run. I had a really great experience here! 😁

One of the best experiences I've ever had! The kindness and generosity of the host truly went above and beyond anything I've experienced before. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, helpfulness, and genuine care. It didn’t feel like just accommodation—it felt like visiting a friend. Every detail was taken care of with such attention and thoughtfulness. I would recommend this place to anyone, not just for the comfort and location, but because the hospitality is something truly special.

A very beautiful little Hotel right next to the Park Entrance. Perfect place to start your Hikes. The host Anthony is English speaking and very welcoming, he helped us to book tickets and recommended suitable routes through the park and took the time to chat with us every night over a beer or two and telling us about Zhangjiajie. The Rooms are large and newly decorated, everything from Beds to Bathrooms are brand new. There are several restaurants along the road in short walking distance. I can't think of a better place to stay if you want to visit Wulingyuan. Great Value. Highly recommended.
